Who is Mr. Jackfruit?

Mr. Jackfruit is an exotic fruit grown in tropical regions of the world, coming from a species of tree in the fig, mulberry and breadfruit family. He has a subtly sweet, yet fruity flavor and is packed with nutrients and antioxidants. Mr. Jackfruit is unique from other fruits because he is high in protein!

Are there really no other ingredients?

Really! The only ingredient is the fruit itself; no nonsense added!

Where is my fruit sourced from?

We currently work with 11,000 farmers in Haiti, Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda to source ancestral and wild-harvested, nutrient-pack fruit.

Each bag is fully traceable from Tree to Table! Through our Find My Farm program, simply scan the QR code on the package to find out where your fruit came from. 

What makes Jali Fruit healthy?

It is 100% natural fruit, preservative-free and made with no added sugars or sulfites. It’s packed with natural vitamins and antioxidants — nothing else!

Can I really ‘Find My Farm’?

You can scan the QR code on the package by using your smartphone camera. Hold the camera over the QR code and a URL will appear to take you to the website to learn more about the cooperative. Data rates will apply.

Are the dried fruits processed in a facility that also processes nuts?

Allergic to nuts?! No problem - we are packaged in a nut-free facility!


How is Jali Fruit Co. ‘changing lives and feeding families’?

We’ve empowered over 3,000 livelihoods by providing additional income and paying cooperatives over 7 times the average local wage, going directly to their bank accounts to establish savings and credit history. We also provide over 1,000 hours of training in food safety, financial literacy and entrepreneurial skills.

How do I start a subscription?

Once you have customized your box, please click ‘Subscribe & save 10%’ and determine the frequency of your subscription. You can choose from 2 weeks, 4 weeks or 8 weeks to keep your box coming!

Where do you ship?

We offer flat rate shipping for the contiguous US. Orders shipping outside of that will incur additional shipping charges calculated at checkout.  

How long does standard shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 4-7 business days for delivery, not including process and transit times. We use multiple carriers to find the fastest route for delivery. This includes but not limited to: UPS, USPS and FedEx. 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the following countries: US, Canada, Mexico, UK, France, Italy, Belgium, Germany and Netherlands. We are always looking to add additional countries based on demand, so please let us know where you would like us to ship to next! Additional shipping charges will be calculated and applied at checkout after you have entered in your address. Delivery will take up to a week before you get your goodies!

Where is my order?

When your order ships, please expect a shipment confirmation email from us with the carrier, ship date, and estimated delivery date for your package. The tracking number will be included. If you have additional questions, please email us at
